As new customers to Hampshire trading, we bought a car from them last November. Shortly after Christmas it developed a small, unknown fault; the engine management light came on and Cruise control would not work.As soon as I reported this to Nick he quickly arranged for the car to be looked at and provided a courtesy car. To cut a long story short the fault was extremely hard to find and was looked at by several specialists. At all times either Nick or Charles where on the case and kept me informed of the progress and ensured a courtesy car was always available. Eventually the fault was traced to the wiring loom and rectified. I am now happily reunited with my car.I would definitely buy from them again as they where always pleasant to deal with and their after sales service was second to none.
I hate shopping and most of all car shopping. Popped in here last Friday...told the chap exactly what I needed and he listened. Got a decent price on my trade in despite it looking like a horse had lived in it. Drove away on Monday. No messing no haggling. Unbelievably stress free...think it took 45 mins including 2 test drives. Did me a brand new MOT without asking for it...developed a little fault during the week. Popped in today....mentioned fault and even without asking it's now going in for a minor adjustment.
