Friendly helpful staff. Decent location, right next to other useful stores. Car parking never quite full, but often busy.

Post office staff are rude and every time I have tried to use the post office counter (designed for when main post office is closed) I'm told "we don't have anyone on shift who is trained to operate it". Otherwise staff are largely polite but it us often slow. This is my nearest store, and upsettingly I find myself trying to avoid it.
The freshly baked selection is great, but they need more tills to cover busier times, as it's the main store in the whole town
